Bryce is a healthcare-focused commercial real estate advisor with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the medical and dental space. Originally from Southern Indiana, he studied finance in college before beginning his career as a dental territory representative. During his three years in that role, Bryce developed a strong foundation in the healthcare industry, gaining firsthand insight into how providers operate and make business decisions. In 2019, Bryce transitioned into healthcare real estate, where he has since been involved in over $100 million in transactions. His specialized focus allows him to bring a highly informed, strategic approach to every assignment, whether representing tenants, buyers, or landlords. He is passionate about helping healthcare professionals navigate complex lease and purchase decisions, serving as a trusted advisor from initial strategy through execution. Bryce is known for his attention to detail, thorough market knowledge, and commitment to delivering a high level of service. Patrick's roots in real estate run deep. Growing up on an agricultural farm in Eastern North Carolina, he watched his father transform farmland into thriving commercial developments — and that early lesson in vision, patience, and land never left him. After earning a business degree from Asbury University and building a career in construction sales across Birmingham and Nashville, he brought a builder's instinct and a salesman's intuition to commercial real estate when he made the full-time leap in 2020. Since then, he's hit the ground running. Patrick has represented clients across Middle Tennessee and the Southeast, participating in over $100 million in commercial real estate transactions — a milestone he's reached by treating every deal as a relationship, not a transaction. Stephen Brown

Stephen Brown got his start in real estate at an early age, assisting his grandfather with rental property projects and renovations. He graduated from East Tennessee State University with a degree in Finance and later completed his education in Accounting at Lipscomb University. After beginning his career in banking, Stephen transitioned into real estate and accounting, currently serving as a partner in a Chattanooga-based family office focused on acquiring and operating multifamily assets and partnering with investors to create long-term value across growing Southeast and Midwest markets. He began investing in real estate in 2013 in the Nashville market and has since been actively involved in buying, selling, and renovating properties. Today, he continues to expand his portfolio and focus on long-term real estate investment opportunities.

Branden Cadavid

Branden Cadavid serves as Vice President, specializing exclusively in healthcare real estate advisory and brokerage. A native of South Florida, Branden has called Nashville home since 2005. A former Division I baseball player and coach at Lipscomb University, Branden earned both his undergraduate degree and MBA from Lipscomb. His background instilled a disciplined, team-oriented, and competitive mindset that continues to shape his leadership and client approach today. Since entering the healthcare real estate sector in 2020, Branden has built a focused practice representing institutional hospital systems, national healthcare REITs, physician groups, behavioral health providers, surgery centers, and specialty clinics. He advises clients on complex lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, portfolio strategy, and market positioning across multiple states. In addition to leasing and advisory services, Branden counsels healthcare operators and investors on medical office asset acquisitions and dispositions, helping clients evaluate opportunities through both operational and capital markets lenses. In the past year alone, Branden advised approximately 35 hospitals nationwide and represented more than 1.5 million square feet of healthcare real estate in the Nashville market and surrounding submarkets.

Dr. Lindsay Clark

Dr. Lindsay Clark brings a unique perspective to healthcare commercial real estate through her background as a veterinarian and her deep connections within the veterinary community. She earned her veterinary degree from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012 and understands firsthand the operational and business considerations involved in running a veterinary practice. In addition to her clinical background, Dr. Clark is the founder of the Local Veterinary Social Club in Tennessee, an organization dedicated to building community among veterinary professionals through networking opportunities and continuing education events. Her involvement with veterinarians across the state has given her insight into the challenges and opportunities facing practice owners today. Dr. Clark was introduced to the brokerage in 2023 after being referred by a fellow veterinarian. Through that connection, she became immersed in the ecosystem of professionals who specialize in supporting veterinary practices—from veterinary-specific architects and designers to general contractors, veterinary lending, and other industry experts. Recognizing the impact this specialized network could have on veterinary practice owners, she pursued her real estate license and officially joined the firm in 2025. Today, Dr. Clark focuses on helping veterinarians across Tennessee navigate the real estate process with confidence. She works closely with clients who are opening start-up practices, expanding to additional locations, negotiating leases, and evaluating opportunities that align with their long-term goals. Before transitioning into real estate, Stephen spent over 15 years touring professionally with country music artists who achieved multiple No. 1 hits on country radio. That experience shaped his work ethic, adaptability, and ability to build strong relationships—skills he now leverages to serve clients in dynamic and competitive markets. A graduate of Belmont University, Stephen is also deeply committed to personal discipline and community. He is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt with over 13 years of training and coaching experience, and he occasionally competes.

Griffin Lowman grew up in Nashville, TN, and attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where he received his degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. After college, Griffin began work as an advisor in the express car wash industry, where he worked for one and a half years before deciding to branch out and represent clients in additional sectors. Since then, he has expanded into both QSR and multifamily site selection. He has closed over $15 million worth of real estate, working primarily with express car washes, and built his practice around operators who need to move quickly—and get it right.

Sam Coates

Sam Coates grew up in Mediapolis, Iowa, and graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Marketing Management. He got his start in digital media during college, developing a sharp understanding of how attention works and how people make buying decisions. After graduating, he moved to Nashville and co-founded Drifters Media, a digital media and marketing company focused on turning attention into real business results. He came to real estate to apply that same approach in a more direct, transactional space—and joined Vale Partners because he saw that many properties are under-marketed and don't stand out the way they should. At Vale Partners, he brings a marketing-first lens to land and residential sales: not just how to find and evaluate properties, but how to position them to attract the right buyer and close. He values long-term relationships over quick transactions and is focused on making the process straightforward for every client across Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
