Patrick Crouse is a commercial real estate advisor and partner at Vale Partners, helping businesses and investors navigate the Middle Tennessee and Southeast markets with clarity, confidence, and a track record that speaks for itself. Patrick's roots in real estate run deep. Growing up on an agricultural farm in Eastern North Carolina, he watched his father transform farmland into thriving commercial developments — and that early lesson in vision, patience, and land never left him. After earning a business degree from Asbury University and building a career in construction sales across Birmingham and Nashville, he brought a builder's instinct and a salesman's intuition to commercial real estate when he made the full-time leap in 2020. Since then, he's hit the ground running. Patrick has represented clients across Middle Tennessee and the Southeast, participating in over $100 million in commercial real estate transactions — a milestone he's reached by treating every deal as a relationship, not a transaction. Whether he's guiding healthcare professionals into their first practice space, advising investors on acquisitions, or navigating complex lease negotiations, Patrick brings the same commitment: honest counsel, sharp market knowledge, and a genuine interest in his clients' success.

Stephen Whitfield is an Affiliate Broker specializing in retail leasing, medical leasing and sales, agricultural and hunting land, and development opportunities across the Southeast. He brings a relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate, focused on understanding client goals and delivering strategic, results-oriented solutions. Before transitioning into real estate, Stephen spent over 15 years touring professionally with country music artists who achieved multiple No. 1 hits on country radio. That experience shaped his work ethic, adaptability, and ability to build strong relationships—skills he now leverages to serve clients in dynamic and competitive markets. A graduate of Belmont University, Stephen is also deeply committed to personal discipline and community. He is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt with over 13 years of training and coaching experience, and he occasionally competes.

Griffin Lowman

Griffin Lowman grew up in Nashville, TN, and attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where he received his degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. After college, Griffin began work as an advisor in the express car wash industry, where he worked for one and a half years before deciding to branch out and represent clients in additional sectors. Since then, he has expanded into both QSR and multifamily site selection. He has closed over $15 million worth of real estate, working primarily with express car washes, and built his practice around operators who need to move quickly—and get it right.
